Oliver has been in the Health and Fitness Industry since 2001 and has more passion than ever about helping others move pain free and achieve their goals.

Oliver comes from a diverse Clinical and Movement background that has helped him and others find true expression within their body, mind and soul. He has lived and worked in many settings from Kung Fu Academies, a Gym on a Cruise Ship and Yoga Ashrams. Over the years he has also had the pleasure of working and studying alongside numerous Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Functional Rehab Trainers. This experience has exposed Oliver to many modalities, both hands-on as well as movement practices, which has helped him develop a holistic approach to body therapy.

Oliver is continually updating his knowledge to refine his craft and to ensure he delivers a tailored service that is results driven and meets the client’s health goals. He has worked with many athletes ranging from Cyclists, Runners, Swimmers, Footy Players, Martial Artists and Circus Performers, to help them stay at peak performance and recover from injuries.

Oliver is continually helping people from all walks of life find more awareness in their body. He has an interest in rehabilitation post surgery as well as work-related repetitive strain injuries. He is passionate about reigniting purpose-driven movement for his clients.

Meditation and Breath work is a big part of Oliver’s life that has helped him overcome his own personal struggles. He is deeply interested in all cultures and spirituality and loves to share his knowledge and wisdom with others. Oliver connects emotional states of being to how we hold and carry ourselves through daily life. He believes when we can find authentic expression within our own body, then the mind becomes calm and at peace. Meditation can then be a tool to help us find unity with our purpose in life and connect with community around us.
